How we work
- Look first. A read-only check, with plain-language findings sorted by priority, before anything changes.
- Build and test privately. Changes are built and tested on a private test copy wherever one can be made. Settings that exist only on the live server are changed after a backup.
- Go live with a way back. A backup before going live, and a way to undo the change.
- Write it down. Notes on what changed, what was tested, and what wasn’t.
