We build custom WordPress sites that load quickly, work on phones, and are easy to edit. When a job needs more than a website, we build a web app that runs in the phone’s browser, with nothing to download from an app store.
It suits a business whose site is slow or hard to update, or whose team does its work away from a desk.
What you get
A site you can run yourself
- A custom WordPress theme, with pages you edit in the normal editor.
- Request forms that save each request before emailing it, with spam protection.
- Speed work, measured before and after, including on a phone with a slow network.
- Accessibility checks, including automated scans with axe.
- Cookie consent with equal Accept and Reject buttons. Analytics wait until a visitor agrees.
- Old addresses redirected when a site is rebuilt, so existing links keep working.
- Phone-friendly web apps that can be added to the home screen.
- Logo, favicon and print files when you need them.
How it works
Measure, build, measure again
Measure first
We measure speed and accessibility on the current site and list the addresses it has, so none get lost.
Build on a test copy
Where a test copy can be made, pages, forms and speed work are built and checked there, away from your visitors.
Go live with a way back
We take a backup, send old addresses to the new pages, and keep a way to undo the switch.
Measure again
We measure the same things again and give you notes on what changed and what was tested.

Also measured
- Walker Home Pros: axe, an automated accessibility checker, found one issue before our work and none after, including with the request form open.
- JPG Insurance: axe found no WCAG 2.1 level A or AA problems on the sample pages we re-checked.
- JPG Insurance: after the switch, a crawl of all 82 pages found 0 broken links and 0 broken images, and all 81 addresses found on the old site land on a working page.
Real example
Walker Home Pros and JPG Insurance
For Walker Home Pros, a home inspection business near Sacramento, we built the website, a phone app for inspection reports with photos and markup, and the logo and print files. The app runs in the phone’s browser and sends each report as a web page and a PDF.
For JPG Insurance, an insurance agency in Las Vegas, we rebuilt the website on WordPress, fixed accessibility problems, added a cookie notice with equal Accept and Reject buttons, and made the homepage faster.

Questions
Common questions
Can I edit the pages myself?
Yes. Pages are built from normal WordPress blocks, so you can change text and images in the standard editor.
How do you measure speed?
Before and after, in a phone-sized browser with a slow network setting, and on a computer. We say where each number was measured, such as on a test copy.
Will my old links still work?
We send old addresses to the new pages. On the JPG Insurance rebuild, all 81 addresses found on the old site land on a working page.
How do you keep spam out of forms?
A hidden trap field, a limit on how often one visitor can send, and a background spam check. A request that looks doubtful is still saved and marked for you to check.
What is a web app, and does anyone need to download it?
It runs in the phone’s browser from your own website, so there’s nothing to download from an app store. It can be added to the home screen. The Walker Home Pros app keeps work on the phone when there’s no signal and uploads it later.
Do you handle cookie consent?
Yes. The JPG Insurance site has a cookie notice with equal Accept and Reject buttons, and analytics load only after a visitor accepts.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on the pages, forms and features you need. Book a call and we’ll talk it through.
Is your site slow or hard to update?
Tell us what you have now and what you want it to do. We’ll reply by email within 48 hours to set up a call.
